The organization completed the review of 83% of all submitted disputes, amounting to 808 out of 969 cases, demonstrating its commitment to fostering amicable resolutions and strengthening trust and collaboration in the industry.
The total value of regulated disputes amounts to over 526 million dirhams, reflecting success in resolving real estate conflicts and reinforcing the center's alignment with agreed resolutions, reducing continuing disputes, which contributes to financial stability and increased confidence in the real estate market.
The director of the Real Estate Center in Abu Dhabi stated that the continuing success of the center in resolving disputes reflects ongoing efforts to streamline processes, improve experiences for all parties, and establish principles of flexibility and transparency in the market. The center's long-term strategy aims to attract investors and develop the real estate sector to support the center's goal of establishing Abu Dhabi's status as a leading direction for real estate investments and stimulating innovations for the provision of ahead-of-time services relevant to future demands.
